We love to travel – who’s been where?

Maureen Halbert

Maureen has been back to Fiji with her family. She stayed at the Outrigger which she loved. One of the many things they did was visit the Adventure Park which is within walking distance from this hotel. Amongst the many things to do here is hold a snake – a bit scary. Her upcoming adventures include a family holiday in Croatia plus a Globus trip in Italy. She has also had ship inspections on Norwegian Jewel and Oceana Regatta.

Top Tip: to talk to your transfer driver she found them very informative and interesting.

Cynthia Dorsey-Jackson

Cynthia is hoping to go to India soon. She went on a ship inspection on Regent Voyager and was impressed with the size of the cabins and that everything is included.

Danielle Caldwell

Danielle has been on both the Regent of the Seas and Crystal Cruises both with elegant ships with amazing food. Her upcoming adventures will include a visit Argentina where besides tangoing in Buenos Aires, following the route of the famous train to the clouds she is also crossing the salt flats and more. Plus she is planning another trip to Bali. 

Viv Blackmore

Viv will soon to be attending the manager’s conference in Japan before this she is doing a short Intrepid trip from Tokyo to Kyoto sleeping in Ryokans.  She has been on a ship inspection of the Seven Seas Navigator. She loved the understated elegance of this small ship and was treated to a fabulous lunch on board.

Top Tip: if you like small boutique hotels then small ship cruising is for you. I can highly recommend Seven Seas Navigator. She is an almost fully inclusive ship, you only pay for spa treatments and (extremely) expensive alcohol all her favourite vodkas such as Grey Goose were included.
